Who the service is for
StoreCalm is a business service for store operators and agencies acting with their clients' permission. By creating a workspace or buying a plan, you confirm that you may act for that business. You may monitor only websites you own or are authorised to manage. Keep account credentials, recovery codes and license keys private.
What StoreCalm provides
We run the configured availability and checkout-readiness checks, receive permitted connector events and provide results and alerts within the selected plan. Checkout checks use anonymous carts and stop before placing an order or processing a payment. A healthy check applies to that particular run and configuration. It does not guarantee every customer's experience or prove that a payment can complete.
Supported checkout combinations and limitations are listed on the compatibility page. Bot challenges, network issues, third-party changes and unsupported customisations can produce inconclusive results. Payment signals and update correlations help investigation and do not establish lost revenue or causation. Store repairs and consultancy are separate services.
Free and paid plans
Free includes one store, availability checks every 15 minutes, 30 checkout checks per UTC calendar month, email incident and recovery alerts and seven days of detailed history. It has no expiry date and requires no payment card. Each free checkout configuration runs no more frequently than once per 24 hours.
Paid plan prices and included limits are shown before checkout. Prices are in EUR, excluding applicable taxes. Quotas reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, independently of the subscription's billing date. Plan changes do not reset usage. Reaching a browser quota pauses additional browser runs until the next quota period or an eligible upgrade. There are no automatic usage overage charges.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Stripe securely processes subscription payments. Provide accurate business, billing and tax details. A paid subscription renews monthly at the disclosed price until cancelled. You authorise those recurring charges when completing checkout. Invoices and payment methods are available in the billing portal.
You can cancel through Billing → Manage plan, payment and cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge shown by Stripe. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing period. A payment that requires further action does not grant additional paid access until confirmed.
When paid access ends, monitoring continues within Free limits. The earliest store and permitted checkout configuration remain eligible; additional stores stop running until covered by a new plan. The Free retention policy then applies. Export needed results before downgrading. Billing records required by law can be retained separately.
For an erroneous charge or a material service problem, contact us promptly. We investigate and correct billing errors. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund the current period. Any statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
Fair use and security
Do not use StoreCalm to access private networks, attack websites, evade rate limits, process prohibited data or monitor a third party without permission. Do not send payment card data, passwords, health information or other special-category personal data through the connector or support forms. We may limit or suspend abusive or insecure use, explaining the reason where lawful and practical. We give an opportunity to resolve ordinary issues before ending access.
Support and availability
Support operates on Danish business days, 09:00 to 16:00 Europe/Copenhagen, with an initial response target of two business days. Monitoring and alert delivery are automated. Plans do not include a contractual uptime SLA, 24-hour human response or a guarantee that every fault is detected. Scheduled intervals are targets; actual completion depends on the store, queue capacity and external services. We maintain security, retention and recovery procedures and communicate material incidents.
Data and ownership
Your business retains ownership of its data. You authorise the processing necessary to provide the configured service. The data processing agreement applies where we process store-related personal data on your behalf. Our privacy notice covers account, billing and website data. The WordPress connector is distributed under GPLv2 or later; the hosted service is a separate subscription.
Changes and ending the service
We give at least 30 days' notice of material price or contractual changes to existing paid customers. Changes apply from a later renewal, allowing cancellation beforehand. Necessary security fixes can be applied sooner. You may request workspace closure and data export through support. We confirm ownership, stop monitoring and resolve active billing before deleting the workspace. Account settings also allow personal-data export and account closure once owned workspaces have been closed.
Applicable law
Danish law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that cannot be excluded. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes rights under applicable data protection law.
