2. Connect WordPress
Install the plugin. Add your store's exact public HTTPS URL in the dashboard. Choose Get license and copy it into Settings → StoreCalm in WordPress. Confirm data sharing and select Activate license. Verification is automatic, with no file upload or ten-minute expiry.
3. Check a checkout
Add an in-stock product, destination country and postal code. StoreCalm opens an anonymous cart and checkout. It never places an order. Review the first result to confirm that your checkout is supported.
How to read your results
Healthy means the configured check completed. Failed means it found a problem. Inconclusive means the check could not establish a result, for example because of a bot challenge or an unsupported checkout. Unknown results are not shown as healthy.
Two consecutive failed checks open an incident and send an email to your workspace contact. A successful check resolves it and sends a recovery email. Check your spam folder and allow mail from contact@storecalm.com. Open the dashboard to send a test alert.
If activation fails
Update StoreCalm Connector to version 0.6.0 or later and retry the same license. Check that the license belongs to this store in your dashboard. StoreCalm automatically tries the supported WordPress verification routes. If it still fails, contact support with the displayed error. Do not send your license. Existing connector settings are preserved when an attempt fails.
Keep telemetry current
On low-traffic sites, configure your server to run WordPress cron every five minutes. Heartbeats are separate from availability and browser checks. A stale heartbeat means payment signals cannot be trusted until the connector catches up.
Choose a plan when you need more
The Free plan does not expire. Open Billing to upgrade, update payment details or cancel. A cancelled subscription keeps paid access through its paid period, then monitoring continues within Free limits. For workspaces above the free limit, the earliest store remains eligible; other stores show Plan limit until upgraded.
