StoreCalm opens an isolated browser session, adds a configured in-stock product to an anonymous cart and opens checkout. It deliberately stops before it can submit an order or start a payment.

What a checkout check can tell you

A healthy result indicates that the configured journey reached the expected checkout for that run. It can help you find a broken add-to-cart flow, a checkout page that does not load, or a bot challenge that prevents the browser from continuing. It is one signal alongside your own store review.

What it does not test

StoreCalm does not submit an order or payment from the test. It does not confirm a payment gateway, every shipping option or delivery for every address. Adding a product to an anonymous cart can still trigger side effects in custom cart extensions, so test a representative product and review your store's own integrations. A healthy result is not proof of a successful sale or payment.

How to set up a useful check

1. Create a free account and add your store's public HTTPS URL.
2. Install StoreCalm Connector and activate its license from your StoreCalm workspace.
3. Add a stable, in-stock product URL, then set the destination country and postal code your team wants to check.
4. Review the first result. Treat Inconclusive as a result to investigate, not as a healthy checkout.

Plan limits and compatibility

The permanent Free plan covers one store, availability checks every 15 minutes, 30 checkout checks per UTC calendar month and seven days of detailed history. More frequent checks and additional stores are available on paid plans. Checkout customizations, themes, gateways and bot protection can affect whether a result is conclusive.
